Rishi worked with us as a Platform Engineer and played a vital role in the successful delivery of our project. Over nearly five years, he made significant contributions to both the foundation and the long-term growth of our platform, helping to design, build, and scale systems that continue to support our needs.

He was actively involved in architectural planning, creating clear workflows and interactive diagrams that helped align the team and clarify complex systems. Rishi handled a wide range of DevOps responsibilities with great efficiency, delivering reliable and scalable Infrastructure as Code solutions. A major part of his work included building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that enabled the development team to deploy code quickly and reliably across multiple environments. He also supported and automated the management of these environments, improving overall efficiency and consistency.

Rishi contributed significantly to performance optimization, incident management, and ensuring our systems aligned with strong security practices. He was always quick to respond during incidents and brought a deep understanding of the platform to solve critical issues.

His communication and collaboration were outstanding. He shared daily updates, provided thorough responses on Jira tickets, and actively participated in code reviews. He consistently supported his teammates, helping resolve blockers and guiding others when needed.

Words are not enough to describe how good Rishi is, not only as a professional but as a person... He completed the project exceeding my expectations, not only because he made what he was supposed to do but he went the extra-mile for tasks that came across the development and could have been considered (by other developers) that were out of scope. Also, he persisted in despite of some “hurdles” we find dealing with 3rd parties such as hosting services or payment solution providers. He put the hours and made himself available even at odd hours to make this project a reality. I am a SBO and won’t think twice to hire him again if I ever come up with another idea which requires the development of another e-commerce website/platform. Rishi did a fantastic job completing our project. To begin with, he was incredibly responsive to all questions and concerns before and during work on the project.
